1) Using the App

MemoryMania is provided “as is”. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2) Accounts and online features

Some features may require sign-in (e.g., leaderboards). You are responsible for maintaining access to your account.

3) Virtual items and purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases (for example: diamonds or cosmetics). Purchases are processed by Google Play. Virtual items have no real-world value and are non-transferable.

4) Ads

The App may show ads. If an “ads-free” purchase is offered, ads may be removed for that user.

5) Fair play

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or attempt to manipulate leaderboards. We may restrict access to online features in case of abuse.

6) Changes

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Significant changes may be communicated in the App or on this site.
